Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a
return within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@HeArtpremiumoilpaintings.com and
include your order number and reason for the return.
Returned artwork must be shipped back in its original packaging or equivalent protective
packaging and arrive in its original condition.
Refunds & Cancellations
Once returned artwork is received and inspected, customers will receive a confirmation
email regarding the refund status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within several business
days.
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not
already been shipped or prepared for shipment.
Custom orders, special orders, and oversized freight shipments are final sale and are
not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Damaged Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and
include photos of the packaging and artwork so we can assist you promptly.
Limited Collection Policy
As our paintings are part of limited collection releases and have high demand, returns
are accepted within 30 days only.
This policy also helps ensure that artworks remain in excellent condition and are
protected from damage that may occur after unpacking, handling, or display.

Important Notes

 Shipping charges are non-refundable.
 Oversize freight and special delivery charges are non-refundable.
 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived
damaged.
